This Vodka Cucumber Elderflower Cocktail is one of my favorite summer cocktails! It combines vodka, cucumber, and St. Germain elderflower liqueur and is perfect for a hot summer day. The cucumber makes it ultra light and refreshing. You can also completely customize it based on your mood. Try adding blueberries, mint, etc. for a fun twist. I hope you guys enjoy!
